What you'll do

• Own programs end-to-end like a CEO, managing P&L, quality, timelines, revenue, margin, and budget while forecasting risks.
• Coordinate stakeholders including clients, forward deployed engineers, researchers, and thousands of expert contributors.
• Design training data programs: define tasks, quality rubrics, evaluation criteria, and RL environments.
• Scale expert contributor networks through recruitment, training, and QA systems to maintain standards.
• Build workflows, instrument dashboards and KPIs, monitor risks, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Manage data flows with SQL, JSON, Python; handle communications and operate with urgency to match client pace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT or equivalent + 5+ years owning end-to-end outcomes in technical program/project management, early-stage operations, consulting, or product management
• Proven track record building from scratch in fast-changing environments
• Analytical skills with hands-on SQL, JSON, Python for data handling
• ML intuition for training data quality, evaluation, and RL reward shaping
• Exceptional communication for C-level and contributor interactions
• Tolerance for ambiguity and bias for action

• Top-tier consulting/MBA with strategic execution experience
• Founder/early-stage operator background
• Experience in data labeling, SFT, RLHF, or RL environments for frontier labs
• Managing large distributed expert networks
