What you will do

• Implement CI/CD pipelines as code using ArgoCD or similar tools.
• Automate updates, fixes, and release changes across multiple environments.
• Provision infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Build automation tools to reduce errors and improve the overall customer experience.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support.

Requirements

• BSc degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 4 years of DevOps or cloud engineering experience.
• Proficiency with CI/CD implementation and release automation.
• Experience with IaC tooling and cloud-based serverless or Kubernetes platforms.
• Background in administering servers and shared application environments.
• Ability to investigate and resolve availability, performance, and capacity issues.

Nice to have

• Development background in Java or .NET.
• Exposure to both AWS and Azure.
• Experience with AI platform and MLOps stacks such as KServe, MLflow, Istio, MCP, and agent runtimes.
