What you will do

• Oversee Shopify backend workflows including orders, refunds, payments, and fraud handling
• Ensure stable operations across store, payment providers, logistics, and support
• Identify inefficiencies, implement automation, and optimize global support teams
• Define SLAs, refund logic, escalation processes, and build clear SOPs
• Coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment partners to improve delivery timelines and stock visibility
• Improve internal tools, reporting, dashboards, and act as operational bridge between teams

Requirements

• 7–10 years of total work experience in fast-paced, unstructured environments
• DTC e-commerce operations with physical products required; exposure to 8+ figure businesses strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Shopify and backend workflows
• Experience managing remote teams across multiple functions
• Track record of improving or rebuilding messy operational systems
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly structured thinker with strong ownership mindset and bias toward action
