What you will do

• Develop and execute a 90-day content strategy and editorial calendar for YouTube.
• Script high-performing long-form videos and short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for Meta and Google Ads.
• Create and optimize landing page copy aligned with conversion campaigns.
• Manage a weekly newsletter and build automated email sequences for lead nurturing.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPM, retention) to iterate on the content strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of content strategy experience in financial services, fintech, or professional advisory.
• Proven ability to write authoritatively about complex U.S. tax and financial topics.
• Experience scaling YouTube channels with 10K+ subscribers or similar reach.
• Hands-on experience writing paid ad copy for Meta and/or Google.
• Strong, independent command of written English (publication-ready quality).
• Ability to work asynchronously with a U.S.-based founder.

Nice to have

• Experience with U.S. tax strategy, S-corps, real estate investing, or high-net-worth planning.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools like GoHighLevel or HubSpot.
• Background in writing VSLs, webinar scripts, or long-form direct-response content.
