What you will do

• Identify, log, and maintain gameplay issues.
• Conduct ad hoc and bug regression testing.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Verify Japanese in-game dialogue and text for cultural accuracy.
• Provide linguistic quality assurance and development support for Japanese content.
• Maintain flexibility and adapt to schedule changes, including potential overtime.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese (native speakers preferred).
• Fluency in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Working knowledge of PS4 and PS5 systems.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Additional linguistic fluency beyond Japanese.
• Formal post-high school education (college or technical school).
• Scripting or programming experience.
