What you will do

• Execute quality activities, including testing and risk assessment, to improve the efficiency of the development team.
• Innovate and implement new best practices to mitigate quality risks and solve complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with artists, producers, and project managers to deliver high-quality updates for players worldwide.
• Operate independently while providing guidance and instruction to junior QA members and external testers.
• Develop custom reports on test coverage and defect data to drive quality goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience with a track record of leading testing efforts.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore without company sponsorship.
• Experience designing and executing detailed test plans.
• Proficiency in managing defect databases and coordinating remote testing teams.
• Experience working embedded within developer and content creator teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Teamfight Tactics.
• Development experience across mobile, console, and PC platforms.
• ISTQB certifications (Foundation, Agile, Expert, or Advanced Test Manager) or ICAgile certifications.
