What you will do

• Define long-term technical and design vision for core experiences and partner on product strategy.
• Own high-impact initiatives from concept through production delivery with strong design and engineering.
• Advance design system by creating reusable components, ensuring performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Mentor design engineers and influence cross-team technical decisions and best practices.
• Collaborate across design, product, engineering, and research to align on goals and improve processes.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product/service design (or equivalent with degree: Bachelor's +10y, Master's +8y, Doctorate +6y)
• Experience shipping production-ready experiences.
• Hands-on with modern front-end technologies (React, CSS, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript) and design systems.
• Experience in design engineering, front-end engineering, product design, or related technical discipline.
• Location: Remote from Spain
