What you will do

• Architect and build a scalable and performant micro-frontend architecture that serves as the host environment for all hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to translate standalone modules into a unified application.
• Create comprehensive documentation and tooling to simplify the integration of micro-frontends into the Studio shell.
• Implement rigorous testing strategies to ensure zero regressions in the host environment and shared dependencies.
• Consult for product teams to solve complex integration issues and iterate on the Studio platform.
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding frontend architecture and the long-term project roadmap.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree.
• 4+ years of experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and advanced architecture patterns.
• Deep experience with React and its ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience architecting or contributing to Micro-Frontend architectures.
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Rollup and release lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Solid knowledge of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG).
