What you will do

• Design and maintain full stack systems powering the company's design system and translation infrastructure.
• Develop reusable frontend components and shared libraries using React and TypeScript.
• Implement internationalization (i18n) support, including RTL layouts and bidirectional text handling.
• Build backend services and APIs to support translation workflows and localization pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to ensure UI accessibility (WCAG) and consistency across platforms.
• Maintain build and CI/CD systems using CircleCI and GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with design implementation from Figma and utilizing tools like Storybook.
• Understanding of i18n, localization best practices, and RTL support.
• Must be prepared to work from the Boston, MA office.
