Senior QA Engineer (QA Automation)

What you will do

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and delivery risks early in the SDLC.
• Develop a strong understanding of business objectives and user journeys for the loan origination and servicing platform.
• Design and execute functional, automated, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing strategies.
• Build scalable UI and API automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and improve quality metrics, testing tools, and maintainable testing approaches.
• Communicate actionable quality insights to Engineering, Product Management, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering or software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building and maintaining automated UI and API test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, business-driven testing, and risk-based testing.
• Proficiency with UI and API testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Postman, plus working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, collaboration, ownership, and continuous-improvement skills.
