What you will do

• Ship features end-to-end: own product work from design to production, building accessible React components and integrating them confidently.
• Write clean, well-tested TypeScript code considering accessibility, performance, and mobile connections.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product, data, and design teams to shape and build features.
• Develop with AI tools like Kiro to accelerate work and focus on key decisions.
• Mentor juniors and contribute to codebase patterns and practices.

Requirements

• Professional experience building production web applications.
• Strong TypeScript and modern React (hooks, component composition, transitions).
• Comfort with CSS at scale (SCSS, CSS modules).
• Experience writing and maintaining tests (Vitest, Jest).
• Good eye for UI, accessibility, and performance.
• User-first mindset and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest in AI tools for programming workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js or similar SSR frameworks.
• Work with design systems.
