What you will do

• Directly manage compounding technicians, including performance management, annual reviews, and time tracking.
• Lead the training of new compounding technicians on equipment and suite processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for all compounding equipment and collaborate with suppliers to optimize output.
• Partner with Quality Operations and the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to ensure compound quality and employee safety.
• Maintain all critical support documentation, including environmental controls, scale calibrations, and hood certifications.
• Develop and finalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician Certification is required.
• Experience working in a compounding pharmacy and familiarity with USP chapters 795 and 800.
• Proficiency with Computer Rx pharmacy software and compounding SOPs.
• Strong ability to teach, train, and communicate professionally with staff and management.
• Must be able to work on-site in Gilbert, Arizona.
• Medical approval to wear respiratory protection and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
