TL;DR

D365 Business Central BAU Consultant: Resolving complex high-impact issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations with an accent on system stability, small BAU projects, enhancements, and continuous improvement. Focus on acting as escalation point for support, delivering consultancy for configurations and minor developments, gathering customer requirements, and proposing best-practice solutions.

Location: Fully remote from Spain with standard Spanish contract and hours. Full right to work in EU required.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (up to €50k)

What you will do

  • Act as escalation point for complex high-impact Business Central issues from 1st/2nd line support.
  • Deliver consultancy for small BAU projects, customer enhancements, configurations, and minor functionality development.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather, analyze, and document technical/functional requirements.
  • Propose and validate functional technical solutions aligned with best practices, standards, and security.
  • Drive system stability, continuous improvement, and mentor the wider support team.

Requirements

  • Full right to work in EU required.
  • Strong experience supporting Business Central implementations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working understanding of AL, extensions, integrations, and APIs in support context.
  • Strong level of English.
