What you will do

• Set up and audit new content items across platforms to ensure accuracy with an error rate under 3%.
• Coordinate monthly webinars and prepare content for the Content Management team.
• Manage vendor and SME contracts via Adobe Sign and process invoices through IPayables.
• Collaborate with Regulatory and Content teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrections.
• Maintain the Content Library filing system and create/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Track all project information and milestones using Monday.com.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or applicable professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, content production, editorial, or accreditation roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HTML coding.
• Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
• Process-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing workflow improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience using AI tools.
• Experience with project management software, specifically Monday.com.
