What you will do

• Align airport development with long-term masterplanning, medium-term strategies, and operational needs to support growth and sustainability.
• Lead assessments of infrastructure requirements, operational needs, and regulatory constraints to optimize assets and identify improvements.
• Conduct data analysis and capacity assessments to define needs aligned with capital programmes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including airlines, to reflect requirements in masterplans and communicate to leadership.
• Develop masterplan concepts, feasibility studies, visual materials, and consultation documents.
• Provide strategic advice on land use, infrastructure, and third-party impacts; support governance and long-term vision.

Requirements

• Third-level degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Planning, Transportation, or Aviation Business Studies; relevant post-graduate qualification preferred.
