What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable frontend architectures across our monorepo.
• Own and improve build pipelines, bundling strategies, CI/CD processes, and testing infrastructure.
• Drive migration strategies for legacy systems and reduce architectural complexity.
• Improve performance, bundle size, build health, and test reliability.
• Mentor engineers, conduct thoughtful code reviews, and raise frontend quality standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of frontend engineering experience, including 2+ years in a senior or technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Deep hands-on experience with build tools (e.g., webpack), module systems, and frontend CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of frontend testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and quality standards.
• Proven experience in system design and frontend architecture at scale.
• A mentorship mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with monorepos, performance optimization, accessibility, or legacy migrations.
• Experience with AI Tools and Agentic Best Coding Practices
