What you will do

• Define frontend architecture including frameworks, state management, routing, and SSR/SSG/ISR across teams.
• Establish organization-wide frontend standards for Node, packages, linting, TypeScript, testing, and CI.
• Design frontend-backend integrations with API contracts, versioning, error handling, and caching.
• Lead web performance strategy including code splitting, asset optimization, and measurement.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG), i18n/l10n, and client-side security in architecture.
• Drive developer experience with tooling, monorepos/micro-frontends, documentation, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, and Backend teams to align with business goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years web development, 3+ years technical leadership/frontend architecture
• Expert React and TypeScript; SSR frameworks like Next.js
• Build tools (Vite/Webpack), testing (Jest/Vitest, Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress), quality gates (ESLint/Biome, Prettier)
• Web performance (Core Web Vitals), observability, security best practices
• CI/CD integration, design systems, Node.js for BFF/SSR, micro-frontends, monorepos (Nx/Turborepo)
• English intermediate to advanced for documentation and collaboration

Nice to have

• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CDN strategies (CloudFront/Fastly)
• Telemetry/monitoring (Datadog, Grafana/Prometheus)
