What you will do
- Define frontend architecture including frameworks, state management, routing, and SSR/SSG/ISR across teams.
- Establish organization-wide frontend standards for Node, packages, linting, TypeScript, testing, and CI.
- Design frontend-backend integrations with API contracts, versioning, error handling, and caching.
- Lead web performance strategy including code splitting, asset optimization, and measurement.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG), i18n/l10n, and client-side security in architecture.
- Drive developer experience with tooling, monorepos/micro-frontends, documentation, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with UX, Product, and Backend teams to align with business goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years web development, 3+ years technical leadership/frontend architecture
- Expert React and TypeScript; SSR frameworks like Next.js
- Build tools (Vite/Webpack), testing (Jest/Vitest, Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress), quality gates (ESLint/Biome, Prettier)
- Web performance (Core Web Vitals), observability, security best practices
- CI/CD integration, design systems, Node.js for BFF/SSR, micro-frontends, monorepos (Nx/Turborepo)
- English intermediate to advanced for documentation and collaboration

- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CDN strategies (CloudFront/Fastly)
- Telemetry/monitoring (Datadog, Grafana/Prometheus)
