Transformation Office Senior Analyst

Location: Milan, Italy — hybrid, based at the Milan headquarters

Salary: Gross annual salary of at least €48,000, plus an individual or collective variable incentive linked to performance objectives.

What you will do

• Lead strategic assessments and structure business cases for transformation initiatives.
• Conduct M&A analyses, including target screening, synergy assessment, and integration support.
• Evaluate make-or-buy options and cost-benefit cases with Operations, Installation, Engineering, and Finance.
• Assess strategic fit, financial returns, and risk profiles for CapEx proposals.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and steering discussions focused on fact-based decisions.
• Define and analyze transformation KPIs, identify performance gaps, and prepare executive presentations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, installation, project management, strategy, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including experience building and challenging business cases.
• Experience with cross-functional project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Understanding of industrial, project-based, or infrastructure-related businesses.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority.
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; fluent English required.
