What you will do

• Manage supply chain order fulfillment, including design administration, invoicing, and logistics.
• Execute all order management and design master data accuracy activities.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, sales, marketing, and technical service functions to ensure smooth order handling.
• Respond to operational requests for specific documentation, such as certificates and specifications.
• Monitor and maintain case management within the Salesforce platform to ensure timely order closure.
• Drive continuous improvement and deploy best practices through WCM teams to enhance operational productivity and KPIs.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Order Management or Design Management (OM/DM) operational activities.
• Strong knowledge of primary OM/DM processes.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Reliable, accurate, and structured approach to work.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP platforms.
• Ability to develop PBI reports or scripts.
