What you will do

• Manage customer order fulfillment and act as a primary interface between customers and internal support teams.
• Process customer orders in SAP ensuring compliance with internal controls and shipping terms.
• Provide proactive and accurate updates to customers regarding order status and supply situations.
• Identify and resolve gaps in order coverage based on lead times, forecasts, and contract data.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and invoice queries to coordinate effective solutions.

Requirements

• University or college degree in a business-related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or order management.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from Budapest, Hungary.
