What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications using FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Implement asynchronous and parallel programming solutions with asyncio.
• Integrate and experiment with multi-modal GenAI models to build agentic AI applications.
• Develop RAG pipelines and implement hybrid search with vector databases.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate directly with the client to analyze requirements and optimize system performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
• Hands-on experience with asyncio and asynchronous/parallel programming.
• Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
• English: Intermediate+ (B1+) required.
• Location: Must be based in Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland, Romania, or Uzbekistan.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Cloud services (Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Redis).
• Familiarity with the LangGraph stack, including long-term memory and state management.
• Knowledge of agentic protocols such as MCP and A2A.
• Experience with .NET, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of microservices architecture in scalable systems.
