TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (Flutter/Node.js): Developing high-performance features for MarineTraffic and hirify.global mobile applications with an accent on AI-assisted engineering and Clean Architecture. Focus on building scalable mobile experiences, evolving the Node.js BFF, and orchestrating AI agents to author production-ready code.

Location: Hybrid in Athens, Greece

What you will do

  • Develop complex, production-ready features for MarineTraffic and hirify.global mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
  • Design and evolve the Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) using Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
  • Orchestrate AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to ensure 100% of deployed code is AI-authored while adhering to team standards.
  • Maintain and improve automated test suites (Unit, Integration, Contract) to ensure software quality.
  • Mentor peers within the squad and collaborate with the Front-end Chapter to harmonize Web and Mobile practices.
  • Support business teams in becoming autonomous over their functional scopes within the mobile platform.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience building and shipping complex Flutter and Dart applications in production.
  • Proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL API design.
  • Deep commitment to Clean Architecture and Clean Code principles.
  • Professional-level English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Athens.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a platform engineering or inner-source context.
  • Experience with GraphQL federation.
