What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and collaborators to uncover community-led stories.
• Own the content calendar and publish across Instagram, LinkedIn, and weekly newsletters.
• Manage and curate hirify.global.market, ensuring high standards for photography, storytelling, and presentation.
• Act as the internal voice of the community, providing insights to support broader team initiatives.
• Utilize and optimize AI tools to enhance the speed and quality of content operations.

Requirements

• Experience in community, content, or brand management roles.
• Strong writing skills and social media fluency, specifically with Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Basic content production skills, including photo and video editing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Notion, and Canva or Figma.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership.
• Daily proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is required.
