What you will do

• Define and execute content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Act as the face of the brand, producing authentic UGC-style videos and photos.
• Manage the monthly content calendar and pitch weekly creative concepts based on trends.
• Drive revenue via TikTok Lives, shoppable content, and platform-native commerce features like TikTok Shop.
• Manage community engagement through comments and DMs to build real relationships.
• Track and report weekly benchmarks for reach, engagement, and social-attributed revenue.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable and confident on camera as the face of the brand.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and editing.
• Genuine interest and familiarity with beauty and wellness products.
• Strong communication skills for asynchronous work across time zones.
• Ability to hit weekly content delivery targets independently.
