Software Engineer for Fund Accounting (Fintech): Develop and maintain features in accounting product areas providing legally binding subledger for asset classes with an accent on rules and calculation methods for financial institutions. Focus on full development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, implementation, test automation, and ongoing support.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain features in Accounting product areas.
- Contribute across the entire development lifecycle from requirements analysis and design to implementation, test automation, documentation, and support.
- Collaborate with teammates, Product Managers, and Architects to deliver high-quality, secure solutions.
- Create, document, and maintain test cases and automated tests covering acceptance criteria.
- Uphold engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Deepen knowledge of Accounting domain to support customer outcomes and engage in feedback and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Good English skills (upper-intermediate or higher), written and spoken.
- Confident in software engineering fundamentals including algorithms and data structures.
- Willingness to learn and work with in-house tools and frameworks, especially APL programming language.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented or functional programming language (C# is a benefit).
- Familiarity with modern engineering tools and practices including CI/CD and trunk-based development.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Readiness to work in complex accounting domain with financial and investment instruments.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud technologies.
- Fintech domain experience.
