What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core data platform components, including ingestion frameworks, transformation pipelines, and storage layers.
• Own and improve data reliability through the implementation of monitoring, alerting, SLAs, and data quality checks.
• Collaborate with domain experts in AI, IoT, and architecture to deliver high-quality datasets.
• Lead strategic initiatives to modernize and scale the data ecosystem, focusing on schema design and query optimization.
• Mentor team members to elevate engineering rigor and overall technical capability.

Requirements

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Kotlin.
• Proficiency with databases including Postgres, BigQuery, Spark, and Graph DBs.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Dagster, and DBT.
• Proven track record of building and scaling data-intensive reactive processing pipelines from end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve data discrepancies and create validation/testing frameworks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of semantic web technologies (RDF, OWL) and ontology engineering tools like Protege.
• Experience working with construction industry data or exceptionally large datasets.
• Background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI agents.
