Location: Peterborough, UK - office-based 5 days per week

Salary: £41,593 to £86,605 per annum depending on experience

What you will do

• Design and develop electronic control systems integrated into hirify.global products like engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electric powertrains.
• Enhance mechatronic devices for machine operation, operator interfaces, and information displays.
• Monitor and communicate machine position, diagnostics, and prognostic data for automation and serviceability.
• Work as Electronic System Engineers, Electronic Controls Developers, or Embedded Software Developers in a global team.

Requirements

• Location: Peterborough, UK - onsite 5 days per week; visa sponsorship not available
• Analytical thinking to determine root causes and create solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Problem-solving skills for organizational and operational issues.
• Knowledge of embedded systems development and applications.
• Requirements analysis for business functionality in system projects.
• Technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and operations.

Nice to have

• Off-highway machine control system experience (automotive, marine, or military).
• NI test bench experience (Labview/Veristand).
• J1939 CAN/Ethernet system experience.
• Vector CANape/CANalyzer or similar tools.
