What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hirify.global products.
  • Analyze product behavior and usage patterns to identify root causes.
  • Develop patches, configuration adjustments, and code examples to support customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product stability and support processes.
  • Participate in a 24x7x365 shift rotation, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • Strong programming fundamentals with Microsoft technologies: ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, and Azure.
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML/JSON, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and client-server software architecture.
  • Experience with data structures and creating software algorithms.
  • English: Great communication skills required.
  • Availability to work in a 24x7x365 shift rotation, including late hours and weekends.

Nice to have

  • Experience in direct customer interaction and managing critical technical situations.
  • Experience troubleshooting software performance and scalability issues.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Kubernetes, Elastic, Redis, Kibana, Grafana, Kafka, GraphQL, or Cloudflare.
  • Experience with JavaScript frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Knockout.
