Settlement Officer - Temporary Contract - 9 Months

Settlement Officer (Temporary Contract): Processing transfer operations and trades for all kinds of financial products across global markets with an accent on reconciliation of trades and investigation of transfer issues. Focus on handling migrations, physical shares, SWIFT messages, and support to front-office and customer care.

Location: Chem. de la Crétaux, 1196 Gland, Switzerland (onsite, full-time)

What you will do

• Process transfer operations (RFP and DFP) and trades (RVP and DVP) for all financial products across global markets
• Handle migrations and processing of physical shares
• Perform reconciliation of trades and investigate transfer-related issues (security breaks)
• Provide front-office and customer care support
• Monitor daily contacts with counterparts and custodians
• Use SWIFT messages MT54*, Telekurs, GTMatch, GTExchange, Keylink, and internal tools

Requirements

• CFC in banking environment as a minimum
• 1–2 years of experience in back-office and knowledge of SWIFT required
• Fluent in French with good command of English; German is a plus
• Master Office Pack (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) and interest in technical tools
• Stress resistant with good learning capacity
• Team player ready to join a dynamic team
