Senior Quest Designer (Unreal Engine 5): Co-creating vision and storyline for a new story-driven RPG IP with an accent on detailed quest design, asset integration, and seamless narrative experiences. Focus on implementing quests via visual scripting, planning required assets, and ensuring high-quality bug-free delivery in an iterative environment.

Location: In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Salary: 21 300 – 33 715 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Co-create project vision and detailed storylines.
• Design and implement quests using Unreal Engine 5.
• Plan assets needed for quests and integrate delivered elements like gameplay, locations, characters, and dialogue.
• Cooperate with other departments to deliver seamless experiences.
• Maintain quest quality, fix bugs, and create design documentation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Quest or Mission Design.
• High creativity and narrative proficiency with proven writing of scenarios, screenplays, or stories.
• High proficiency with visual scripting tools, game editors, and design tools.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and sense for in-game features and tools.
• Ability to receive feedback, work iteratively, and collaborate across teams.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Credited narrative work for movies, plays, or books.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints.
• Experience in an academic field.
