🌐 Media Buyer (Remote) — High‑Performance Broker Campaigns
We’re looking for a sharp, fast‑moving, and highly analytical Media Buyer who knows how to scale campaigns aggressively and deliver results under pressure. You’ll manage paid traffic for international broker clients in a fast‑paced environment where performance, adaptability, and quick decision‑making are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and additional traffic sources.
• Build precise targeting strategies tailored to broker‑focused funnels.
• Monitor performance constantly and react fast — optimize toward CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
• Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, angles, and landing pages to push performance higher.
• Work closely with creative teams to produce aggressive, high‑impact ad assets.
• Ensure campaigns stay within platform rules while pushing for maximum output.
• Deliver clear performance reports and actionable insights.
• Identify new traffic opportunities and move quickly to test and scale them.
Requirements
• 2–4+ years of hands‑on media buying experience in performance marketing.
• Experience with broker or financial‑services clients is required.
• Strong understanding of digital ad platforms and user behavior.
• Highly analytical, fast thinker, and comfortable making data‑driven decisions.
• Skilled with tracking tools (GA, GTM, etc.).
• Able to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
• Background in finance, trading, or other compliance‑sensitive industries.
• Experience with programmatic buying or DSPs.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization and CRO.
