What you will do

• Support and develop IT infrastructure, systems, and user environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage and maintain SQL Server and MySQL databases.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to support decision making.
• Support IT and digital projects from concept through to rollout.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Experience delivering IT or business improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and MySQL.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Understanding of ERP/CRM systems and business workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud technologies.
• Degree or HNC/HND in Computer Science or a related field.
