What you will do

• Own the Acquisition & Interaction (A&I) architectural agenda autonomously, translating business goals into structured capabilities and roadmaps.
• Challenge and refine domain strategy, set architectural context and guardrails to empower engineering teams.
• Evaluate solutions rigorously, ensure integration with analytics, experimentation, and DataMesh.
• Engage with engineering teams to align execution with architectural intent and unblock progress.
• Drive measurable improvements across acquisition, engagement, retention, and communication.

Requirements

• Based in Liège, Belgium with hybrid work (remote up to 50%).
• Deep understanding of acquisition marketing, customer communication, engagement funnels, behavioral analytics in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, conversion optimization, experimentation, customer journey orchestration.
• Broad digital experiences: content strategy, information modeling, design systems, UI/UX flows, user behavior.
• Holistic architectural thinking with hands-on execution; proficient in tools like Ardoq for documentation.
• Proactive leadership: operate independently, communicate effectively, navigate complex stakeholders.
