Location: Remote with strong alignment to PST working hours (at least 6 hours daily overlap)

What you will do

• Design and build fullstack applications with Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks
• Develop APIs, authentication, backend services, and scalable data systems using PostgreSQL, Supabase, Redis
• Deploy and manage apps on Vercel, including environments and workflows
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (OpenAI, Anthropic) into product features with prompt engineering and optimization
• Optimize performance, reliability, UX; implement monitoring, logging (Sentry)
• Collaborate on product decisions, translate ideas into production systems, and own technical projects

Requirements

• Proficient in English for remote collaboration
• 5+ years fullstack software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Next.js (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions)
• Advanced TypeScript with end-to-end type safety
• Production APIs (auth, validation, error handling, rate limiting)
• PostgreSQL (schema, indexing, optimization), Supabase (Auth, Realtime, Storage), Drizzle ORM or similar, Redis
• Vercel deployments; AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) integration, prompt engineering
• AI coding tools (Claude, Codex) in daily workflows
