Salary: $112,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and support the creation of test and inspection plans according to specifications.
• Execute tests and inspections, analyze resulting data, and document findings.
• Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot and debug software and hardware defects.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting specifically for cable and harness assemblies.
• Manage non-conforming products and support Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
• Participate in manufacturing process audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality, autonomous vehicle manufacturing, robotics, or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting with C++, Python, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience debugging complex electronic and manufacturing cable assemblies.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Must be based in or able to work in Pittsburgh, PA.

Nice to have

• IPC 610 and IPC 620 certifications.
• Practical experience working with autonomous vehicles.
• Familiarity with GitHub.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing and quality specifications.
• Ability to travel within the continental U.S.
