What you will do

• Lead the full Google acquisition strategy from initial research through to scaling.
• Conduct competitive and market research to generate actionable growth insights.
• Setup, optimize, and scale high-performing demand generation campaigns.
• Develop A/B testing hypotheses, analyze results, and implement successful rollouts.
• Build and automate campaign structures and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to improve acquisition performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with Google Ads.
• Strong expertise in managing Demand Gen campaigns.
• Professional proficiency with Google Ads Editor.
• Hands-on experience using Birch.
• Analytical mindset with strong data handling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI for operational automation and testing.
• Deep understanding of product funnels and marketing analytics.
• Experience designing or improving acquisition processes.
• Familiarity with BI dashboards such as Looker.
