What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical counterpart to AWS field leadership to drive joint customer success and strategic account direction.
• Lead technical strategy for high-stakes enterprise engagements, guiding customers from ideation through production deployment.
• Design and communicate end-to-end AI architectures, building prototypes and POCs leveraging hirify.global and AWS services.
• Establish best practices, reusable solution patterns, and playbooks to enable AWS and partners to scale AI adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Alliances, Product, and Engineering to align strategy and deliver field insights for roadmap prioritization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or equivalent customer-facing roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS architecture and field engagement models.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and modern application architectures.
• Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-scale technical deployments and supporting sales cycles.
• Ability to influence senior technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience working within partner ecosystems, including GSIs, RSIs, and ISVs.
