What you will do
- Conduct in-depth investigations across applications, APIs, databases, and batch processes.
- Analyze logs, metrics, and data to identify root causes of production issues.
- Act as the high-tier escalation point for L1 and NOC teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Treasury teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and the internal knowledge base.
- Drive systemic reliability improvements and automation for recurring issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and file handling.
- Ability to read and comprehend code to understand system logic.
- Strong understanding of API concepts and SFTP protocols.
- Experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts, settlements, and reconciliation.
- Proven ability to investigate complex technical issues and define monitoring indicators.
