What you will do

• Execute the linkbuilding strategy roadmap in alignment with the product's SEO goals.
• Manage full-cycle outreach, from identifying high-quality prospects to final placement via guest posting, link insertion, and PR mentions.
• Coordinate with vendors, platforms, and webmasters to acquire backlinks.
• Prepare briefs for copywriters, manage anchor lists, and perform quality control on all placed links.
• Maintain performance logs, control budgets, and identify new acquisition channels.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in link building and outreach.
• Proficiency with SEO tools including Ahrefs, Google Sheets, Hunter, and Snov.io.
• Ability to analyze donor quality metrics beyond DR, such as traffic trends and spam scores.
• Foundational knowledge of on-page/off-page SEO and anchor text strategies.
• English: Intermediate+ (B2) proficiency for high-stakes negotiations and deal-closing.
• Capacity to drive the entire process independently from search to placement.

Nice to have

• Experience working with US, UK, or Canadian markets.
• Proven track record of scaling (40+ high-quality links per month).
