TL;DR
Linkbuilder Specialist (Marketing): Building a high-quality backlink profile and scaling the product's presence in competitive global markets (US & Tier-1) with an accent on full-cycle outreach and resource management. Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the free world (optional access to offices in Kyiv or Warsaw)

What you will do
- Execute the linkbuilding strategy roadmap in alignment with the product's SEO goals.
- Manage full-cycle outreach, from identifying high-quality prospects to final placement via guest posting, link insertion, and PR mentions.
- Coordinate with vendors, platforms, and webmasters to acquire backlinks.
- Prepare briefs for copywriters, manage anchor lists, and perform quality control on all placed links.
- Maintain performance logs, control budgets, and identify new acquisition channels.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in link building and outreach.
- Proficiency with SEO tools including Ahrefs, Google Sheets, Hunter, and Snov.io.
- Ability to analyze donor quality metrics beyond DR, such as traffic trends and spam scores.
- Foundational knowledge of on-page/off-page SEO and anchor text strategies.
- English: Intermediate+ (B2) proficiency for high-stakes negotiations and deal-closing.
- Capacity to drive the entire process independently from search to placement.

- Experience working with US, UK, or Canadian markets.
- Proven track record of scaling (40+ high-quality links per month).
