What you will do

• Manage configuration orders to ensure completion by end of day and maintain a queue duration of 8 calendar days or less.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and ERP teams to ensure accurate hardware and software selections.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality errors and coordinate expedite requests.
• Respond to order status requests from Sales and Production Scheduling.
• Participate in daily leadership meetings to discuss scheduling and material availability.
• Address configuration-related queries from Production and Quality teams.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain (considered an advantage).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Availability to work a varied schedule, including overtime when necessary.
