TL;DR

Senior HRBP (Automotive): Partnering with business units to deliver proactive HR support and strategic people decisions with an accent on Swedish labour law and union negotiations. Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Hybrid). Applicants MUST already be onsite in Sweden and have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in Sweden.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders to drive people agendas that support business goals and strategic decision-making.
• Own and support core HR processes including salary reviews, performance management, and talent topics.
• Lead and advise on employee and labour relations, including union dialogue and negotiations.
• Drive initiatives in specialty areas such as Work Environment, Change Management, and Labor Law.
• Manage HR controlling and compensation and benefit processes within an agile team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience supporting managers and business leaders.
• Deep expertise in Swedish labour law and documented experience in union negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of Compensation and Benefits specifically within the Swedish market.
• Must be currently based in Sweden with immediate and valid work eligibility.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience working in an international environment.
