What you will do

• Manage and inspire a cross-functional team of Talent Partners, People Partners, and Office Managers across global offices.
• Integrate AI tools into recruitment, people analytics, and onboarding to improve efficiency.
• Lead the overall strategy for talent attraction and employer branding.
• Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and capability mapping.
• Design and drive learning and development initiatives to build leadership capability.
• Act as a key driver of organizational change and culture-building across the organization.

Requirements

• Several years of senior leadership experience in People & Culture, ideally in tech or fast-moving industries.
• Proven track record in change management and translating business strategy into people plans.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labour law (LAS, MBL, AML).
• AI-savvy mindset with confidence in using modern tools to optimize HR functions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across diverse cultures.
• Currently based in Stockholm with legal right to work in Sweden.
