What you will do

• Plan and manage supplier delivery and collection schedules during build-up and load-out.
• Coordinate time slots, access routes, and unloading areas for suppliers.
• Maintain detailed logistics schedule and share updates with venue (IFEMA) and internal teams.
• Act as main point of contact for suppliers on site access and procedures.
• Monitor on-site logistics during build and dismantling to ensure plan adherence.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and technical teams for installation sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with venue rules, safety, and operational constraints.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event logistics, production coordination, or site operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and delivery schedules for large-scale events or installations.
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset; comfortable working on-site during build-up and dismantling.
