What you will do

• Analyze complex Web3 security cases and extract recurring attack patterns to build and maintain comprehensive SOPs.
• Identify gaps in operation workflows and propose systematic improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Partner with AI agents to crystallize security insights into a high-quality knowledge base.
• Develop actionable defense strategies based on emerging fraud techniques and evolving Web3 product logic.
• Collaborate with engineering and strategy teams to transform manual analysis into automated detection rules.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in anti-fraud, risk control, or blockchain-related fields.
• Ability to deconstruct complicated scams or technical exploits into clear, logical steps.
• Strong interest in AI and proficiency in using AI tools to scale output and improve data quality.
• Ability to write professional documentation and communicate effectively in a global team.
• Familiarity with DeFi, Wallet products, and the Web3 ecosystem's security challenges.
• Must be based in Asia.
