What you will do

• Monitor marketplace activity to detect suspicious behaviors and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Analyze data to identify fraud patterns, emerging risks, and new attack vectors.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to design and improve fraud detection systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts for ongoing fraud monitoring.
• Support creation of policies and procedures to strengthen fraud prevention and customer trust.
• Investigate escalated cases and recommend actions based on risk assessment.

Requirements

• Experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or trust & safety in marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills to work with data, spot patterns, and draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools, anomaly detection, or rule-based systems.
• Proactive mindset, detail-oriented, comfortable in fast-scaling environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Good English level required, proficiency preferred
