What you will do
- Lead group-wide consumer insight programs to inform marketing, product, and strategy.
- Design and manage qualitative and quantitative research on brand, UX, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer behavior to identify drivers of acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Deliver competitor insights by tracking trends and analyzing customer journeys.
- Present actionable recommendations and narratives to senior stakeholders.
- Manage research partners and tools to ensure high-quality delivery from brief to insight.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a related analytical field.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research design and interpretation.
- Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or survey platforms.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Must be based in the EU; residence permit sponsorship is available.
