What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale HR programs and transformation initiatives with significant organizational impact.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Establish and run effective governance structures, including steering committees and decision forums.
• Coordinate complex organizational and operating model changes across HR and cross-functional partners like IT, Finance, and Facilities.
• Design and execute change, communication, and enablement plans to support adoption and readiness.
• Track outcomes, manage go-live and hypercare phases, and capture lessons learned to improve delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a comparable field.
• 7+ years of experience in project or program management within the HR domain.
• Experience working in global or multi-country environments.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
• Fluent English proficiency; Hungarian language skills are a plus.
