What you will do

  • Own end-to-end restaurant onboarding process and performance across EU & TR markets (QC to activation).
  • Track and improve key onboarding KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and scale standardized onboarding processes and lead automation of workflows.
  • Establish governance and accountability between COE, BPO, AE, and local teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance vendor journey, pilot initiatives, and manage escalations.
  • Lead regional group projects and ad-hoc initiatives involving onboarding.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in operations, vendor management, or marketplace environments (food delivery/tech preferred).
  • Strong project management and execution across multiple markets with scalability focus.
  • Proven track record in performance metrics improvement via process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights; proficient in Excel/GSheets, presentations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across regional/global teams; experience with BPOs/COEs advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments driving clarity and accountability.
