What you will do
- Own end-to-end restaurant onboarding process and performance across EU & TR markets (QC to activation).
- Track and improve key onboarding KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Design and scale standardized onboarding processes and lead automation of workflows.
- Establish governance and accountability between COE, BPO, AE, and local teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance vendor journey, pilot initiatives, and manage escalations.
- Lead regional group projects and ad-hoc initiatives involving onboarding.
Requirements
- 5-8 years in operations, vendor management, or marketplace environments (food delivery/tech preferred).
- Strong project management and execution across multiple markets with scalability focus.
- Proven track record in performance metrics improvement via process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights; proficient in Excel/GSheets, presentations.
- Excellent stakeholder management across regional/global teams; experience with BPOs/COEs advantage.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments driving clarity and accountability.
