What you will do

• Partner with APAC and Greater China Enterprise Sales leaders to enable confident, commercially grounded people decisions.
• Reduce regional people risk by proactively identifying employee relations themes and ensuring alignment with local labor laws.
• Strengthen leadership capability through hands-on coaching and practical support in performance and engagement.
• Balance regional realities with global frameworks to bring consistency to multi-country people decisions.
• Maintain a region-wide view of employee relations and identify emerging cross-functional issues early.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and shared services to improve the speed and quality of HR outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a senior HRBP or HR Director within the APAC region.
• Hands-on exposure to complex, multi-country employee relations and local employment legislation.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Strong judgment in handling sensitive ER matters, including performance management, restructures, and investigations.
• Experience in global organizations, balancing regional needs with global guidance and precedent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
