What you will do
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders on people strategy, organizational health, and workforce planning.
- Ensure site-level HR governance and compliance with Thailand labor law and global company policies.
- Lead social compliance strategies and audit readiness for standards such as RBA, TLS8001, and ISO 9001.
- Design and implement HR programs to resolve systemic people issues and enhance manager capabilities.
- Manage complex employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Utilize people data and insights to identify trends and strengthen organizational culture.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering, focusing on employee relations and performance management.
- Hands-on experience managing social compliance audits (RBA, TLS8001, ISO 9001, BCMS).
- Deep knowledge and application of Thailand labor law.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
